You never know what life may throw your way good or bad, success or failure, triumph and jubilation or defeat and intimidation which ever way it goes you can always learn from the experience. If it was good or if it needed a change to take place; but the one thing no one or no thing can ever take from you, which you can give freely, but, easily throw away is your word. Read that again it bares repeating. Do NOT give it lightly. Integrity&Honesty part of the same and base ingredient in character.
Honor it, Respect it, Give it freely, but don’t ever just throw it away! For once you do, you then have NOTHING and no where, no how to get it back. All else in life a person can overcome, fix, failures into successes, defeat into victory and all usually better for the experience.
